Laura M. Hill, was born in Berea, Ohio. She attended College at the University of Memphis
where she received a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Paralegal Studies. While in school, she
also obtained a Legal Assistant Certificate and successfully completed the requirements for the University
Honors Certificate. After receiving her degree, Ms. Hill was nominated for and received the Outstanding
Paralegal Student Award for her class.
Upon graduation, she began work with
Bradley J. Cordts
at The Cordts Law Firm. In January of 2002, Mr. Cordts co-founded Cordts & Gulley, PLLC, with
James M. Gulley, where Ms. Hill continues to work as chief paralegal and office manager with over
ten years of paralegal experience.
Ms. Hill provides legal assistance in various areas of the law, including
Divorce and Child Custody,
Business Law,
Business Formation,
Personal Injury Litigation,
Estate Planning,
Military Law,
Bankruptcy,
Criminal Law,
and General Practice. In addition, she has assisted at many depositions, mediations, and in multi-million
dollar divorces both in settlements and at trial.
